Graduate Program

The Graduate Program is both grounded and practical, founded in action-orientated learning. During the program, the graduate will get to experience many facets of the Gold Fields business, as well as how to identify and respond to supervisor expectations as well as develop a long-term perspective of their career.

The Graduate Development Program will;

  • Assist in the transition from study to work
  • Develop an understanding of Gold Fields’ global business and functions

Leadership Development Program

A formal program, delivered by industry leading Institutions are available for all Gold Field employees. The leadership development program forms part of your career development plan with the company.

The various courses that are available to individuals over a 12 month period are aligned with Gold Fields global leadership competencies.

These courses range from the initial training and development of new supervisors through to executive development programs. The appropriate training will be available to you at the various stages of your career to continually enable you to grow with Gold Fields.
