Leadership Development Program
Formal Leadership Development Programs, delivered by industry leading Institutions are available to all Gold Fields employees. The Leadership Development Program forms part of your career development plan with the company. The delivery of these programs, aligned to the Gold Fields global leadership competencies, extends over a 12-month period and is facilitated across three study schools.

These programs range from the initial training and development of new supervisors through to executive development programs. Appropriate training aligned to your current role as well as preparing you for the next level is available to you at the various stages of your career to enable your growth with Gold Fields.

With our Apprenticeship Program, you will receive mentoring from some of the Mining Industries most experienced and knowledgeable Leaders, as you develop highly sought technical skills. Its one of the best ways to start your career in the mining industry.
